With over 20 years’ experience in the television industry, Andrew has worked across a broad range of genres and is currently overseeing the development of a range of exciting new shows.
Clare brings a wealth of experience to the Attaboy team, as well as a no-nonsense approach to running productions that keeps everyone on their toes, and brings the shows in on time and within budget.
Head Of Development
Jo works across development on a range of genres including popular documentaries, specialist factual and fact ent and is currently focused on building & expanding the remit at Attaboy into new & exciting genres and is passionate about ideas that tell us something surprising about the world. She's developed shows for C4, C5, BBC, ITV, Discovery, Investigation Discovery, TLC, Nat Geo, A&E Networks, CI, The Seven Network and online platforms. Jo also has a solid background in production as a Co-Exec and Series Producer.
Head of Post Production
Adam has worked internationally in a variety of TV roles for the past 20 years, now managing our busy post production department. Adam designed Attaboy's pioneering 4K & remote editing workflows, and thrives on keeping himself and Attaboy at the forefront of post-production technologies and techniques.
Balnek has worked in development and production roles over the past 10 years at the BBC, ITV and Channel 5 as well as leading indies. Working across a wide range of genres and formats, Balnek's passions are science and specialist factual. Some of his recent projects include; The Discovery Channel's 'How The Universe Works' and a Blue Planet II spin-off series with BBC Worldwide and the BBC Natural History Unit.
Graham has worked for Attaboy in a number of roles - editor, researcher, location manager, casting director. He develops programme ideas, fills in as unit photographer and provides back up services in all sorts of areas.
